Recommendations:
Cisco/Synamedia Receivers Unable to Acquire Signal
– If signal lock fails using the new parameters, consider changing the SAT tuning mode to AUTO (from BASIC or STD modes) in the satellite configuration.
– Double check that the NetID value is set to 1 (if a value of 3 was used previously)
– The new uplink will be using different audio/video PID’s and a different service ID (SID) from the current uplink. Affiliates using the compressed outputs (ASI and/or IP) may need additional configurations downstream with these new PID assignments.

Most any DVB-S2 H.264 IRD should be able to capture the Classic Arts Showcase signal.
Recommended IRD’s as follows:
– Ericsson/Mediakind Rx8000 series
– Cisco/Synamedia D9800 series
– Harmonic PV-series
– Ateme DR series
